OMG Joel you are a Liar!! I went on a cheat day and gained 8 pounds :-( **

Here is the simple science of why you didn't fall off the bandwagon. 

- Typically when someone starts a weight loss program they lose up to 8 pounds their first week. They get "all excited" then on week two they lose only two pounds and get all discouraged!!

- People go off their nutrition plan for one day and gain 8 pounds and get really discouraged!!
