Todays workout which we performed live is a perfect example on how the intensity changes as you go from beginner to advanced but the time in the gym for all of us is the same..

1. I am very advanced so I use very very heavy weight

2. Seb and Guylaine are fairly new so they use much lighter weight and do not push the intensity I do..

I hear it all the time...

"Joel, I call B.S. you can't look like you training only 7 minutes a day 3 times per week!!

In fact Zak became the strongest football athlete ever recorded at his high school!!

Zak directly credits his strength to the 7 minute workout system!!

He now has a full scholarship to Texas State University!!
